Top Band Loop Antenna Kit for HAM RADIO 80/160 meters and SWL. For Flag, Pennants or Diamond small loops.
You will get 18:1 ISOLATED transformer in waterproof box and ADJUSTABLE TERMINATION RESISTOR (potentiometer) 700-1200 OHM (non-inductive termination resistor – also in waterproof box)
These two things you will need – to build your own Small Loop antenna for low band reception. Similar KIT is working on our own “diamond rotary loop” antenna.
This is 50 Ohm application – coax between the transformer and your receiver – is RG-58/RG-213 with appropriate connector.
There are 3 options of this hardware available:
- LA50-BNC – BNC connector
- LA50-239 – SO-239 connector
- LA50-N – N-type connector
